Bin is the managing attorney here at Hooton & Chen. Prior to founding the firm, Bin started his legal career as a defense attorney, representing insurance companies and corporate clients for nearly a decade.

Don began representing injured workers in Oregon since 1988. Between March 1992 and June 1993, Don served as a Board Member on the Oregon Workers’ Compensation Board

Rosalba is our lead legal assistant. She is bilingual in both English and Spanish.

Esther is our lead file clerk.  She is bilingual in both English and Spanish.
